Some of the best polish I have used in recent years comes from English Custom. Top Of The Line carries them (as I'm sure others places as well) and I would recommend the Metal Restore and also the Custom Blend.

These clean and polish based more on chemical action rather than abrasives (mechanical) which is what you want.

So you want to clean the interior of the pipes eh? That's what I like to hear!! Usually a damp microfiber towel does the job (don't use one of your good ones though) and if needed a soft toothbrush.

Some guys spray a little WD-40 onto a towel to help loosen up any heavy contamination while I usually opt for my steam vapor cleaner.
