The workmen installing new windows on my neighbor's house managed to splatter some stucco on my car in the process. ![banghead](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/banghead.gif)
Anyone dealt with this before?
Any suggestions on the best way to remove this without damaging the paint?
Will this stuff leave a stain a body shop should deal with?
TIA

Use lots of water, don't try to rub it off because the sand will scratch the paint. Most of the sand should wash out with water. If there are high spots of stucco, you can try to pick them off and then use a clay bar. Stucco is sand of varying sizes and cement which contains lime (acidic) and will damage the paint.

While washing the car soak those areas with a vinegar soaked sponge. It may take several applications but it will eventually loosen and then wash the remaining bits away.
You should polish and wax the area after drying.
