Default Is Swisswax that much better?

I've been using Pinacle and P21S waxes. Is Swisswax worth the cost? I don't mind paying for quality if the results are really that much better. Which products will yeild the best results on my black 2007 Carrera S coupe?

Lori,

As you know you will yield the most results in your polishing. Once the car is polished to perfection you are no able to perform the last step. I believe that the wax can provide you with that extra 5-10%. Some waxes will give you a deep, wetter shine.

I've used P21S and as it is a good wax I feel that Swissvax is much better. (I know I know I sell it so I'm bias )

Carnauba waxes have differing concentrations of actual Carnauba. It would be interesting to see how much was in Pinaccle Souveran, P21S, Swiss etc.. The price difference $20-$70 suggest a big difference.

Thanks for the info, Phil. I have been using Zaino for years with great results but I am always looking to take it to the next level. I will order Zuffenhausen with the prep and see if there is a difference.

I use Malms Extreme wax. Costly but the absolute best wax money can buy.

This can only be subjective for what one person feels is "best" another may think is second rate compared to what they feel is best.

In regards to cost? Eh I won't get into that here but I will tell you that you could put on the most expensive and highly praised wax in the world and it won't do squat for paint that is not properly prepped. Now take some cheap paste wax and lay it over properly prepped paint and you'll have a gorgeous pool of paint.

Default Do you like Swissvax better than Zaino

c2silver - I am wondering if you like swissvax better than Zaino. I have used Zaino for years but never Swissvax. I am very curious to know what are your thoughts.

Many Thanks!
