Hello Henry! Nice rides. I like the colors, too.

I'm planning on going to the Prokart track in Burnsville today. It's part of an event being put together by the local autocrossing club. The event was posted on their Facebook page, but in case you're interested it starts at 2pm.

Otherwise, it would be cool to maybe get something together at a local bar or other venue.

Hey Henry! Love your Spyder and the color! Favorite current Porsche color, hands down.

I'd be up for setting a winter Porsche social. Maybe choose a weeknight at Maynard's Excelsior?

Thanks, David. Unfortunately, this weekend is packed. Though I don't participate in a track/karting event, would love to come and watch and socialize. Next time, if I know in advance, I could plan for it.

Thanks, Josh; yes, Sapphire Blue is such a beautiful color. It just pops. This color seems to work well for any Porsche model. I have seen on 911s/GT4s/Macans, etc. They all look good. And, thanks for volunteering to setup a social. I am for it; I am sure others would too. One catch is, weeknights are out for me. My days are long and intense. And, I have a couple of things to do after I get back, on a daily basis. Would a weekend work for you and others?

Sure, we could do a lunch? As of now, any weekend except this one and 1/27 would work for me.

Sure, 20th sounds good. Lunch? Others could pick a place and time. Anything goes for me.

Looks like Josh has an event started on the Facebook page for the 27th. It's scheduled for a late evening GTG.

I understand; thanks for setting it up, Josh. Unfortunately, 27th is blocked for me. If that falls through, will try to make it. Otherwise, next one! :-)

Yup, I hope the turnout is really good and sets up for more meets later. I'll be super busy until after the Super Bowl. Maybe we can start something for a date after that. I'll start an event on FB.

Hopefully, everyone is itching to get their car out and do something! I sure am. I signed up for an event slated in April. I then found out after I paid that it wasn't what I thought it would be. It's an autox class for novices and beginners. I should read more carefully. Anyway, I may ask for a refund or go just to have some fun. I don't know. I hope the snow is all gone by then.

Definitely itching to get back out on the road. Slowly working on bringing the old gal back back up to snuff. Just replaced the transaxle 1/2 shafts. After 33 years they needed replacing.

I can hear the song birds in the morning! I hope that snow was the last for the season!
