I see Porsches out and about! Even a 991 (I think) was driving near my house as I was driving my van. Made me decide to fire up my 997 just to hear it purr. Soon, baby, soon.

 

Oh, I was in Fort Lauderdale last week. I was overwhelmed with all the nice cars in the area. I saw so many amazing cars. Then again, I was staying in a nice hotel in a very ritzy area of FLL.

 

Oh boy! It's super nice out! I just took the 997 out for a short drive today. Just stayed in my area and went to my dental appointment. It was so nice to drive her again.

 

 

OMG, what is this stuff? I'm already looking for relocation options.

 

Dying to drive my new-to-me 964. How bad would it really be to drive it now? I believe one of the Porsche sales people drives a 993 c4 year round. I recall seeing it with a nice coat of salt a couple years ago.

 

Plenty of people drove their cars today to the grand opening of Porsche in Maplewood. My car got filthy. Doesn't matter. It's going to get dirtier this weekend. Great thing is that it all washes off.

The only thing I'm concerned about is all the road debris and the unavoidable potholes everywhere.

 

Went autoxing this past weekend. What a blast! Got to meet some cool people and make some new friends, especially in the Porsche group. I got pretty good by the end of the day. It's not my first autox by any means. Been doing it on and off for 20 years. However, it's only my second time in the 997. There were a bunch of Porsches there. I think there were at least 5 of us there.

 

Now that the weather has finally warmed up, how about a group drive? We could explore some back roads of WI.
