Nate2046,
Yup, that was me and my family. My kids loved your blue 911 and the orange cayman.
Here's to hoping we have lots of good weather this spring!

I've only been a couple of times but yes, 11 seems to be about the peak time.

Again I have been negligent in following up on this thread.

Had a very nice turnout today even though it was chilly and windy. Topping the list was a Ferrari 458 (the owner just took delivery on Friday), Lambo Gallardo, Lotus Evora, a VERY nicely restored BMW Bavaria, and a host of other very nice rides. And of course, my 911.

This is a great informal gathering that all car people should stop by and check out.

Hopefully the weather continues to improve so more can get their toys out on the road.

Cheers

Of course, I wasn't there when another 911 showed We need to make an effort to get a little air-cooled contingent out there.

I totally agree. We'll see what the weather looks like this Saturday. Could be warm (relatively speaking) but storms are possible - at least for now.

When the weather improves we typically get a pretty decent turnout of a wide variety of cars. But I have to say, as I drive around town I see a many, many Porsches, Ferraris, BMW's and other really nice cars. I just wish there was a way to spread the word to get these weekend cruisers to show up at our C&C event. We could easily fill McAllisters lot and then some. Oh well.

Attn Indy people:
Just got an email reminder of a cirpca Spring Color drive/event at the end of the month. I'm definitely joining in for the drive, not sure about the rest of the events yet.

Balefire, was good meeting you too. I thought about posting a reminder for the PCA show up on here but there seems to be little interest. Maybe we're the only Porsche people around I'll be at the Zionsville show as well, not sure if I'm doing the breakfast meet up and cruise yet or not. You missed a beautiful '58 Speedster at C&C a couple of weeks ago. The car has been in the family since '63, he'll be at Zionsville as well.

I thought it was a great turnout today. Over 50 cars! Nice to finally see a whole bunch of P-cars in one spot. Really looking forward to Porsches 2 Oxford now

It was a good turnout, rain stayed away and as a bonus my car won a prize (engraved brick!).
Got a chance to meet lots of Indy Porsche people.
P2O is similar except on a 10x scale (500 cars)

it was the biggest porsche get together i've seen.
i'm glad the rain stayed away.
my little kids enjoyed it.

did the cir pca club hire a photographer to take photos?
if so, is there a link for the pics?
they used a professional photographer for the event downtown yesterday.

They did have a photographer there. Did not get a picture taken. Check with the cirpca president, he should be able to get the name for you
