Worked instantly for the full screen mode but keeps on failing for wireless, `19 Cayenne S with GCC specs.
before your amazing fix I tried from piwis, everything is active, 5Ghz, Apple DIO_wireless etc. Start to think something is wrong with my PCM.
Tried second time to download only the wireless patch and now it s stuck on update doesn't t work.

Wireless working is dependent on many things: GPS location, installed navigation maps, and firmware version. You’d need to provide that information for any troubleshooting. MH2p has complex logic for if it decides to turn on the 5 GHz radio. No 5 GHz = no wireless CarPlay.

Confirm you actually have MH2p (PCM 5). What is your software version string in settings? Does it start with “MH2p_”?
Try on a different browser or something. Site works fine.
I tried 4 different browsers, no dice. Ultimately it must have been something related to a security protocol on my employer supplied laptop. Download on person machine worked fine.

Ah that’ll do it. The site downloads the various parts you want, unzips them in the browser, combines them, and rezips them together before downloading to your machine. It simplifies the install process and eliminates a lot of questions I used to get. Your work machine may not allow some of that functionality.
Huge thanks to @CarmineS and his crew of volunteers. Just did this mod to our newly acquired 2026 GTS. HUGE improvement (went with the full screen option). A scary 6 minutes, but so far so good. Thank you!
