I think I've decided on a setup. Thinking of
Wheel - 20x9 et45 hub bore 71.5mm on front - 20x10 et50 hub bore 71.5mm on rear
Tires - 255/55/20 on front - 295/45/20 on rear

This is the same size tires Porsche sells on their winter setups for the cayenne.

Anyone see any issues with this setup? Hub bore and offset correct?

the offset will work. The front wheel will poke out 5mm more and the rear will poke out 8mm more

Just make sure the wheels are 5x130. Tires need to be same or very close to factory spec. load rating.

Yes bolt pattern is 5/130 forgot that in my post.
Front tires are 255/55/20XL 110V
Rear tires are 295/45/20 114V

Maybe my experience is not typical but for those concerned about uneven tire wear and thinking that they need to rotate winter tires front to back, both the original staggered OEM 21 inch Pirelli Scorpion all-season tires and the staggered 20 inch Michelin Alpin 5 winter tires on OEM Cayenne wheels are wearing perfectly evenly on my 2022 Cayenne.. The original all-season tires have covered 14,566 miles and the winter tires have covered 5,707 miles. I routinely measure tread depth with a gauge.

My reason for wanting to stick with staggered OEM wheel and tire sizes when downsizing from 21" inch to 20" inch for winter is that I want to maintain the same relative handling characteristics although I know it will be at a lower performance level. I do "dial it down" a bit in winter when on my smaller 275 section front and 305 section rear winter tires but I can't imagine driving safely on a 275 section square setup. I don't drive crazy but I do sometimes push the limits on nice winter days when the pavement is dry. I think it would be downright depressing if I had to moderate my driving for 275 section rear tires. I didn't buy a Volvo. (LOL, I had three Volvos when I was young ... learned to hate them!)

Gosh it's already nearly the end of August and we're talking about winter. How depressing.

I tend to agree on the staggered setup, I do find 305 to be too wide for the winter, That is why I am opting for the 295 but keeping them staggered.
