Pi$$ed off is an understatement and have now lost all faith in the vehicle , the faith was waning due to the amount of time it has been in the dealers over the last year but thought the replacement battery would be the end of my woes but its just a gift that keeps giving large amounts of disappointment.

I paid a shed load of hard earned cash to drive a nice car not to have it languishing in the dealers or to wonder (worry) whats the next inconvenience that is going to rear its ugly head.

So its back onto the phone to the dealers first thing tomorrow morning.

Just dont need this grief in my life at the moment.

Evening rant over.

Brand new battery fitted and registered to the vehicle at the main dealer at the end of July.

Even the original battery from 06-2019 didnt go flat when left for such a short period of time so not an issue with a parasitic drain on the electrical system.

What's the date and battery model part # on the battery?

Maybe, they gave you an older defective part # from LG Chem?

Attached is one of the old battery model part #s..

New recently fitted battery details.

Seems that we are now onto QY as the latest version , so mine seems like the previous generation. Having said that the QY`s may have just been introduced over the last few weeks ??

Car now back in the dealers as it started straight off the jump pack , waiting on a call after they do some testing over the next few days.
