The story about the car (doctor, EQS, commuting) is meaningless to the purchase. It's a distraction ploy.

Pads need to be replaced, expensive rotors look like they were driven hard.

It's priced as it is because no one wants to buy it.

Tracking is much worse then the worst stop and go braking. On the positive side, no one tracks a Cayenne. Most places don’t even allow SUV’s at a Track day. If they do, you won’t continue tracking with it and only a novice would track a Cayenne and they aren’t very fast so the brake wear is minimal.

If the Cayenne rotors are the same size as PCCB Carerra, you can always replace with aftermarket iron. Girodisc are popular. There’s also a company that sells replacements for a 991 GT3 and they were around 8k vs 20k. Still expensive in my mind for a daily driver that is losing value every day with no meaningful benefit.
