Hi, I am looking at a set of 21" RS Spyder wheels with Michelin Alpin 5 tires on Facebook Marketplace. The seller claims to have misplaced the receipt (however I find it hard to believe that he couldn't go back to the merchant and get a replacement). Is there any way to verify that these are authentic? Not sure if there are codes printed on the wheels, or anything else that would give some peace of mind.

Having been a victim of a wheel scam....if in doubt, walk away. Also, FB marketplace is not the safest place to shop.

Surely, there are stampings on the inside of the wheel with a Porsche Part Number. Pretty easy to see, here's an example.- scroll to the 6th photo (I can't capture the photo off the ad)
