Default 2024 Cayenne S Exhaust Options

Well I ****ed up my build and optioned my new 2024 S without sport exhaust. I have to say I was disappointed when I started it for the first time (I had only heard one with PSE equipped before), and for the amount of money I have spent on this thing, I hate the way it sounds.

My dealer is having a hard time sourcing PSE to retrofit, and as far as I can tell none of the usual aftermarket options are selling mufflers for these yet.

Will mufflers for the GTS or TT fit? Should I go custom? It would be nice to have OEM PSE valved functionality.

Meisterschaft would be my recommended alternative for 2024 Cayenne S w/ 4.0TT V8 if no PSE.

I believe Akrapovic has an exhaust to fit the new Cayenne but it will cost you. Great exhaust tho...have one on my 992. Good luck and let us know. Glad I went back and added PSE to my build..figured worse case I can sell it to someone looking if and when I upgrade as I usually do. Let us know how it goes...

Interesting that the site only lists one fitment for S / GTS / TT. Does this mean exhaust systems should be compatible with all the V8 varients?

It is possible--24 S sharing the EA825 4.0TTV8 with 23 GTS/TT. You can consult them for fitment and cross compatibility.

I was seriously considering this exhaust with secondary cat delete and valve delete module. I opted for PSE.

We're a GTHAUS dealer, we can help you with that.

And videos on the road? Open vs closed exhaust?

So what actually has been released for the new 2024 models for the Cayenne base, S, hybrid and Turbo hybrid and GTS and GT Turbo models?

do you know if the remote switch they offer will work if you didn’t option the sport exhaust? I can’t find any videos with the valves closed and open on the road. Do you know of any?

Also, can you use the stock tips? And do the secondary cat delete pipes produce an error?

No CEL. Don't think you can use the stock tips and no option for the valved remote. Let me verify with them though.

I don't see other options for the 2024 models yet.. FI exhaust possibly.

Secondary cat deletes are another good option. Installed them on our 958 turbo and the make a pretty big difference in sound.

Not sure if the 2024+ Cayennes have a dummy non-monitored OPF/GPF in North America that can be chiseled out for more sound. Anyone know?

Red Star has some options too:

I purchased the GT Haus directly from them but haven't installed it yet (still waiting for delivery on the actual vehicle!). They included their own valve controller which taps into the vacuum system and an underhood 12V source, and includes a wireless remote to open/close in car.

Are these using the factory valves?
