I wonder if the coupe will come with Sport Chrono Standard like it is currently.

PEC will be an option eventually but not now. Only available showing option is Euro Delivery. but it is going up in pricing as you can tell from the options out right now.
Even Euro delivery has a charge for the customer AND the dealer.

I read on the 718 sub forum PEC went from $650 to $2000 FWIW.

I am also happy I can get the GTS V8 in the S without having to pay GTS pricing.

PEC has increased for all models.

GTS is worth the $ for all that is in included. Night & day over the S. (I own a GTS)
