Default 2020 base model Cayenne

Hi All,

I'm thinking about purchasing my first Porsche. I found a 2020 base model Cayenne with 19.5K miles and a price tag of $61K (original MSRP 84K).
It has a little over a year on the 4year warranty left and an extended 2 year warranty from the Porsche dealership after that.
The car fax looks clean and I'm still waiting on the diagnostic report from the dealership.
Any comments on things I should look out for. Was doing research online and came across discussions about the brake pads and spark plugs needing replacement at about 30K miles?
Would appreciate comments.
Thanks!

Good price depending on options.

Check the tires and brake pads.

Air suspension and leather interior are good options. How well optioned is this car?

I just bought a CPO in this January and the dealership (Toronto) has replaced four tires (Michelin), sparks and brake pads along with other necessary stuff. CarFax is a good source of information, however, I also test the car with a small gadget call paint thickness reader so that I know whether there is any repaint on any part of the body. The dealership did a good cosmestic work before picking up and the scratches on the rims are all gone. I purchased the car remotely so that I cannot do a test drive. If you can, do a test drive to ensure there is no weird noise, etc.

Hi,
It comes with leather interiors, and the standard options for a base model- Cooled, heated front seat, rear parking aid, cruise control, multizone ac , apple car play supported (no android auto though) etc.

Sounds like a solid find!both price and mileage. Heated steering wheel is always a nice option....we didn't get it on our 2020.

Welcome. Is it a CPO? Make sure the dealer does the 30k service as it’s been in service for 3 years. And yes it includes spark plugs. If it’s not a CPO I recommend a PPI. I bought a 2020 with 18,000 miles last August and it’s been trouble free. A joy to drive.

Even with CPO, get a PPI from an independent third party, or if they won’t let that happen, see if they can do it? If not, try to get your deal contingent on a PPI before taking delivery.

Thanks,
This is a CPO as well. I did test drive and it was great. However, I did hear the brakes squeak a bit when I applied the break after reversing.
Did a bit of research on it and the squeaking seems to be an issue with the Cayenne. Thoughts?

The CPO inspection report should have brake data in terms of % of remaining life.
