The yellow symbol indicates that the Auto Start-Stop is not available. This is a normal indication while the engine and transmission are not at operating temperature.
You will also see this symbol when:
"Maximum cooling" function is activated
Activated "Defrost windshield" function
At high altitudes
While adjusting the chassis level
Trailer detected (bicycle carrier connector or trailer connector plugged in).
Low battery state-of-charge
Very low or high outside air temperature or battery temperature
When stopped on a hill
