Has anyone reached 100k miles yet?
I am at 31k on a 2020 S. Second set of front pads will be needed soon. All four rotors look nice and smooth. Running on the second set of tires and they have some life remaining.

Burning Brakes
Watched this Audi transfer case service on a 2018 EA839 single turbo. Also does the transmission, front and rear diffs, engine oil.
Different transfer case setup than the 9Y0 I think. Drain plugs in different locations. Front and rear diffs and transmission oil services could be the same. He bought parts at FCP Euro.

My 2019 Cayenne S is a solid SUV performer that runs on rails, compared to my former Mercedes SUVs, where I spent around $20,000 in repairs at the dealer.
2.9TT Engine is great, brakes are great, and no significant issues to date.
Changed:
* Spark plugs
* One set of Pirelli Verde tires at 45,000 miles.
* Brake and transmission fluid change
* No new brake pads required yet
* Changed headlights aim to point higher, in order to be usable. And no, they are not blinding incoming traffic.
* After 50K, I have been performing my own straight forward oil services(using vacuum oil extractor), together with my cabin and engine air filter. Stopped the dealer oil service/maintenance when they started charging $1,100+ for basic oil changes and mostly visual inspections.
Inconvenient Glitches:
* Sporadic ACC shortage. Dealer never was able to reproduce it, even though it's a common occurrence among many owners.
Fixes:
* Loose bar causing noises when braking or going over bumps, etc.
Dislike:
* Useless navigation system. Shamefull, when it is better to use your smartphone or a Garmin GPS because your vehicle GPS system is substandard for acquiring/finding places to go.
It's full of bugs and requires anual fee to be able to search directions over the internet, to update maps, using online map update only updates map area that you live in and not all others which makes it useless for planning multistate trips because other maps are obsoleted, etc. GPS wants me to drive over lake to go home, doesn't recognize how to follow on certain existing roads, some existing since 2012.
* My Cayenne S is a $120K vehicle, and there is no button to add Sports mode on the steering wheel because of shamefull Porsche per-option money greed.
It can't be programmed on the programmable steering wheel button bbecause sport option is nnotin the list. It's only there if you pay $1,200 for the Chrono option. You can't look away to look at dashboards to try to find other options to set sports mode, which is a different behaviour from paddles, etc.

Here’s the thread describing headlight adjustment. Disregard the first part suggesting use of a Torx driver. Correct tool is a 6.0 mm Allen wrench.

My 2019 Turbo is at 62K miles now. Fairly hard driving on twisty mountain roads but no towing beyond a huge bike rack. So far the repairs were (all warranty):
Front radiator shutter motor
Brake pedal (squeaking).
Brake pads (PSCB recall)
PCV valve
Oil separator lines on both sides (recall/known issue)
Cracked muffler (sport exhaust, welds started to come apart).
Oil thermostat
Also went through 4 windshields, one rear glass and three tires - my wife does not mess around...
It looks and drives like new, despite being used as a utility vehicle - bikes, skis, plants, offroad driving etc. But I wish it was more reliable - all the issues were not from use but rather defects or poor design (except for the tires - my wife just goes too fast for the size of potholes sometimes).

Do you have any photos of the cracked muffler welds? I have PSE on an S and might have a rattle developing, sounds like a loose heat shield. I haven’t crawled under to have a look. If I take it to the dealer I want to avoid the “could not reproduce” scenario.
