Question Cracked / Filled Windshield on a CPO'd car

Not sure if theres a better area on the forum for this - its on a Cayenne but its more general question.

Discovered on collecting the car (2020 model) that there's a small chip (with a small bit of feathering on each side) in the windscreen - car is CPO'd - should this have caused it to fail?

Dealer had a glass company look at it and they have said its filled already (not sure when it was filled) and shouldn't get worse - so they won't be looking to replace it.

Does this seem reasonable or would one expect it to be replaced?

CPO form simply says "Glass - chips or cracks" then Pass or Fail. I'd expect a filled chip to be acceptable. You could write into the sales agreement that if that specific crack spreads that they would replace it. But that's not likely to happen. I've had repaired chips and they hold up.
