I was told that the + Active portion of the PDLS is not legal in the US and is therefore not active. I don't know if this can be turned on aftermarket.
Can anyone confirm?
This pdls+ on Panamera 971 can be activated as Matrix beam. Even retrofit.
Have done this on 2019 Panamera.
Since the government changed their stance and now allows adaptive headlights, does PDLS+ now work in the US as it's supposed to? I know they can't be as bright in the US as in RoW but I would think with LEDs that would just be a coding issue for US-bound cars.

It can be made to work as active Headlight, which turn off some LED to shade the incoming vehicle or if following behind, the car in front is shaded dynamically.
