Well I tried the 958.2 side markers (had the stock ones off my other cayenne I’m selling). And they DONT work. The 9Y0s are about 1/4 inch wider and longer all around.
Wish someone would make some clear ones.

It's not as easy as it used to be. I easily installed clear side markers on my Gen 1 Cayenne, my 996 (see profile photo) and a 997 all supplied by bumperplugs.com It’s no longer a DIY for those of us who aren’t equipped either talent or tool wise. Perhaps if enough of us put a bug in Bumper Plugs’ ear they’ll come through.

Eric, on your website you list "standard" models and "turbo and coupe" models.

Where would a non-turbo or coupe but having the sport design front fascia fit in this? Assuming the former rather than the latter?

Thank you.

Order either - we always verify by VIN so the precise OEM parts are used for all orders. PAG parts nomenclature is the most f-ed up of any we've ever seen. Same #s on different parts, etc....

It was done from the shop that did the ppf.
Any of those film, tinting, ppf type of shops should easily be able to do that

Ok, thanks. I'll have to do that when I take the car in to tint the windows.

Default Swapped reflectors for paint match

So after reading this thread and countless others, theee is no clear side markers available for the 2022 cayanne. Appreciate you guys for finding bumper plugs. I think $400 is worth the updates look. The install was quite easy
unscrew 2 plugs in front of the tire, pull the plastic back, get your hand in there (driver side is quite tight) and push on the metal clip until it pops out. Once it’s popped out you just have to swap the wire and clip it back in. Whole thing took 10 minutes. Car looks so much better now!

I wouldn't call it....EASY, having done it. Unless you have really small hands!

I would prefer oem clear markers like on the 911 and 718, but I ended up just tinting mine which is essentially color match on a black car.

Default Bumper Plugs side marker

Put some duct tape below (or above, or both) of the lens and use plastic trim tools. P{ops right out with no damage.

The color match is a function of the surface material (metal, fiberglass, plastic, ...). The bumper is different from the hood which is different from the lens. BP does a thorough job of painting the side markers, hence the price.
