Default Cheapish 958 exhaust tips?

Anyone try any of the Cayenne tips on eBay?

I would like the black dual tip look (gloss or satin, GTS style). I'd like it to be fairly "plug and play". And lastly, I don't want to spend $800+ on Fabspeed tips.

Any suggestions?

I looked at the offerings on eBay briefly, but I too questioned the quality in the near and long term. After decades of enthusiast car ownership purchasing a lot of mods and accessories over the years, I've become a big fan of OEM components and the quality that comes with them.

So for my CTT I spent the coin and purchased the OEM sport tips and I love them. Absolutely no regrets.

I was in the same boat, looking for an upgraded look for the boring oval tips on my new-to-me 2012 Cayenne S that I bought as my new winter DD. After searching on different forums and given the relatively positive feedback that I seem to be seeing From others with this brand, I just bought these quad tips on Amazon from Wotefusi this week. This seller has a bunch of different types (brushed SS, chrome, gloss black), all at well below OEM prices if you're not interested in spending $1,000-$1,300 for the OEM pieces from Suncoast. There's a pretty good thread on this on RL with pictures in stalled on different poster's cars. I went with the brushed SS (as opposed to the chrome or the black), so I hope to NOT be unhappily surprised when they arrive from China in a few weeks. And at a price point of $200 it seemed like a no-brainer for a super simple, bolt-on upgrade

Check out Maxspeed-Motorsports. I just purchased a set of their interlocking oval (Tech-Art style) ones for my 957 Turbo S project and the quality and heft looks to be top notch. Not sure if the have an offering for the 958 or not.

From what I saw in my search, these were pretty highly rated from the folks that installed them, and they do indeed come in a fitment for our 958's. The connected ovals is a very cool look, but my OCD disallowed me from considering these as they don't match my PSE tips on my C4S😜. But these look great and have a price point of $500 that's far more reasonable than the OEM tops!

So my quad tips arrived from China today, impeccably packed!

And the best news of the day was that inside all of that packing were my brushed SS finished tips. And here are the pics showing before, during, and after the install. All in, it was a really easy install and the difference is remarkable!

The horrible stock ovals ...

Halfway home ....

Complete, and awesome looking!

I bought the ones from Amazon and installed them yesterday. I like the look!

*Don't know why the pics look cloudy

Question though. My car is a V6, but the exhaust ports are the ones nearer the rear of the vehicle. Why aren't the ports at the front hole where the V6 are supposed to be? It's a 2014.

Got a link to the Amazon page?

I've never seen that reference before that one port is for the 8 and the other the 6. My understanding is that the second port is used if you have PSE (sport exhaust).
