Pro
Been running the both Bluespark Pro , now upgraded to pro + boost for the past week . I honestly can say I can not tell the difference and mpg is the same.
i have been running them both on the same setting. So save your dough and just go with the pro.

If you're adding more fuel and not more air, your EGT's are getting higher, faster. On a short burst, you might not feel much of a difference, but on a longer pull, it should take longer for EGT's to get to the defueling point (which seems to be 1450°F)..

More fuel = richer = lower EGT

Would be interesting to see some EGT data logs between the models, just to validate this theory.
Someone (forget who?) posted that they were able to log EGT with a generic bluetooth OBD2 scanner?

That would be me.. The EGT's are definitely kept 'in check' by some DME programming. I guess it's just a matter of how fast you get to that limit! (Which leads me to think that removing all the DPF / EGR / etc. stuff will give you a definite performance boost due to it taking longer to hit a EGT limit)
