I made the purchase - purchased a 4yr 48k warranty which shows everything covered I will post a picture later transfer case feels good though I parked in between cars and played with everything checked for sounds turning wheels and I feel good
I will post pictures later but very happy even with the deal

good luck. I am picking up a 2012 CS in a few weeks. Optioned nicely. However items I am glad are not on it are the auto window shades (learned my lesson from the BMW), the air suspension (good for towing but another thing to break and costly). Will be updating everyone on my purchase soon. Oh, warranty you posted may be issue with transfer case when it fails. They may come back with the "what part caused it to break?" question.
