I haven't had enough time yet to find a non-obvious feature yet. Mostly been learning the throttle side of it with sports mode / non sports mode.

One thing is cool is that you can organize / search the Sat Radio by title / artist so you can quickly scroll the list to see if you like any particular song.

I do want to learn what this "electronic logbook" is. For $650 bucks, hopefully it is more than just a glorified trip computer.

Nope, that's what it is. You can tag fuel stops, but it doesn't collect any data during the stop. It's a bit of a waste. I'd hoped for more too.

The electronic logbook is worthless IMHO - and pure Porsche profit. There is no incremental cost to this - it's code in the PCM and it just gets turned on for $650. The code is there if it's turned on or not.

Agreed, it's a software-only turn-on and while it does work, it's ridiculously over-priced for what it provides.

Looking back at Steve's post #13 and he hit the nail on the head.

See this one. (No affiliation...)

https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-...lCode1=CAYENNE

Not saying this is "The One" for anyone but the options are pretty solid.

My search for a 958 with Premium Package Plus, PASM, Pano Roof, and ACC continues.

Captain, why would your search continue. The car you posted is a great spec car and I'd be all over it if i was looking.

Color? Miles?

Gotta say that this 2011 looks like a GOOD BUY. I think I can see the PDCC hoses in the engine bay, and it does say "Sports Package" in the description. Kinda says that the seller is not really even marketing it in the best light possible,... so it may have just been a DD that didn't get abused either.

And it's in my backyard (well,.. Gaithersburg & Rockville MD are still probably an hour away with all the Wash DC traffic).

Captain, you should cross-post this over on the "Cayenne's for Sale" thread.

Great question RAudi Driver.

Would prefer a CPO and slightly newer. Any idea what a Fidelity warranty would run on something like this?

Although it appears very well equipped.

Will cross post for those that may be interested.

Wow. That is one loaded CTT. Congrats. I have the same interior and I love it. My exterior is dark blue metallic, but the jet black will be nice with it too.

I finally realized one of the best non-obvious feature of the 958.2, and that is the two protrusions at the ends of the windshield.

When I had my window open and had shot some wiper fluid on the glass at speed, I was expecting the excess fluid to be carried into the window and drip all over the interior like it used to on my other vehicles. The Cayenne has the black, what must be plastic, molded pieces to keep anything from flying or dribbling out and possibly down the side of the vehicle or the windows. Nice!

I wonder if they have any effect on the overall coefficient of drag but seeing how the CD gets over 30 mpg, I'll bet it is negligible.

thats great! I only saw one other titanium / black during my 4+ months of searching. I'm liking it more and more each day. Feels so different and entails a little of luxury and sport.

VIN decode seems to indicate a lot of that's present:
https://www.vindecoderz.com/EN/check...AC2A22BLA87150

Did the Turbo automatically come with PASM, thus not listing it as an option?

Quick Reply: Your favorite (not obvious) feature on the 958?
