Its much convenient to just grab the handle and open the door instead of reaching for our pocket while holding a baby, unlock, put the key into the pocket, then opening the door.

Keyless start/stop. I miss this function a lot. I thought I could live without when buying the CH, but I'm spoiled now with my S8. I think keyless entry and start/stop should be standard in premium package for Cayenne at least...
I told the dealer I only wanted a 958 CTT with both keyless entry and keyless start/stop. All my vehicles have it (toyota camry hybrid and highlander) and I can't imagine not having it. Dealer first found me a 958 CTT without those and it felt so weird having to put a key in. Call me spoiled but on a vehicle this expensive it should really come with it. Seriously Porsche my two toyotas have it, get with the program.

Tell you the truth, before I bought my CH, I thought keyless entry was standard for this vehicle. Especially when this have a premium package...I just assumed it was standard or included in the premium package...Obviously, Porsche thought having a keyless entry puts soooo much weight into our SUV, they had to make it an option. Thanks to the weight reduction, I can race with ease.

Congrats on the new ride!!!

Do you think the "baby on board" sign drops the cool factor a little bit?

Definitely -35 pts to the cool factor for sure, BUT it will also stop people from tailgating me or try to race me since I have Turbo S tips.

did you get it fixed after the recall? Don't want you turning into a fireball

http://www.edmunds.com/car-news/2011...fire-risk.html

WASHINGTON — Porsche Cars North America is recalling 1,368 2011-'12 Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid and Porsche Panamera S Hybrid vehicles because a fuel leak may increase the risk of a fire, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

"The fuel injection system may leak," said NHTSA in its summary of the problem. "A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire."

Porsche spokesman J. David Burkhalter said there are no accidents or injuries linked to the recall.

The affected vehicles were built from April 26, 2011 to August 2, 2012.

Porsche dealers will replace the fuel rails. A date has not been set for the recall. Owners can contact Porsche customer service at 1-800-767-7243.

Edmunds says: Affected owners will want to stay in close touch with their dealership or Porsche customer service on this recall.

Yikes, thanks for that boxsternewbie. I went to this link "recall.porsche.com" and put in my VIN number in there, but that problem didn't come out. Does that mean problem has been fixed?
