958-2 GTS tuning/turbo
Let me start by saying I am in LOVE with my 958-2 GTS.
This car can do it all; I've taken it to the track and the snow without changing a thing!
After driving it for 10K miles, I'm feeling like I could go for a little more power and am wondering if anyone has looked into tuning the ecu to get a little more boost?
I don't know what stock boost is, or if there is room (there's always room) to up the boost, but I've had a number of past turbo Audi's tuned with great results. I'm also looking into the Fabspeed secondary cat bypass pipes to hopefully reduce some of the turbo lag.
Anyone gone further than just thinking about it yet?

Hello! Your picked up a great vehicle, and am glad you are enjoying it! In regards to tuning, your particular vehicle is using a new digital system in regards to monitoring air flow for the ECU. This is new technology that (as far as we know) no company has been yet to perfect a compatible tuning module. Unfortunately this is the same circumstances in regards to breaking into the ECU to directly flash the car.
However, good news in regards to the secondary catbypass pipes! We do offer them, and they made a noticeable improvement in overall sound (throatier, more aggressive when on the gas) especially on the PSE equipped model PM heading your way, and I'd be happy to answer any other questions you have.

There is a GTS "Turbo"? I know there is a GTS (normally aspirated), a Turbo (forced air) and Turbo/S (even more forced air..)
Wazza "GTS Turbo"? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porsche_Cayenne
If it's a "Turbo" - there is always: https://www.ecstuning.com/ES1441815/...FdgQgQodfDcCIQ
Surprisingly reasonable considering it sez Porsche on the parts..
