Have '12 s when I use the phone with Bluetooth, the phone will call and connect to other person but I cannot hear other person nor can they hear me.

I deleted my device from the PCM and reinstalled but that did not fix the problem.

What could prevent my microphone and speakers from working? I don't even hear the dial tone or call ringing to other caller.

Appreciate any help.

when its connected try physically turning up the volume on the phone, there is such a thing as Bluetooth volume on iPhone

It started working again last night without me making any changes. Is there mute button somewhere in the car that could have been pressed?
