600 miles at an avg of 80 mph, 100 reserve.
I picked up my 15 CD and got home in 8.5 hours, doing over 80mph most of the way, 600 miles total. Had 100 mile range left, what a ride! I did not put the RC chip in as I was having a blast. Mine has the fix, and I felt it drove fine. I hit 122mph as a cayenne hybrid came up in GA, south of Atlanta, and we had some fun. Both black on black cayennes. Took me a hundred miles or so to turn off the heated steering wheel. It pulls well and I will put the tune in tomorrow and report back ASAP. Rick

I installed the Race Chip tune box on Saturday believing it was on 0 which is no tune. Well, it had been set to 5 and I never checked it. I have seen two different instruction sheets and need to confirm this. So I drove to work, no CEL’s as I changed settings at lunch. It seems to be pulling very hard after it spools up, but I have no baseline yet. Here is a dash command shot of setting 2 I believe.

It drives fine, no issues at all as far as I can tell. I drove it home stock on Saturday, put the box in like I said on Sunday believing it was off. Here is a dash command of setting 5 which I did on Sunday as a baseline, but this may be a higher setting. I am investigating now. Rick.

For some reason, my Dash Command app will not do the 0-60 time. Not sure why, I have a Carista OBD2 dongle, and it takes a bit to connect. Any other good 0-60 apps out there? Thanks. Rick.

I could not get my DC app to connect today, so I just ordered a compatible one with DC. It will take a week to get here. I will do some testing then. Rick.

I did some runs today as I was able to get my Dash Command to link with my OBD2 finally. I am not finding any real performance increase at all. I emailed Race chips and hope to get someone to call me back and make sure I am doing the chip adjustments correctly. Here is a run from today at lunch.

I’m also looking for a tuning box for my 2015 Porsche Cayenne diesel. I have emailed about all the company I can find that are making one. To ask if they work on the updated Diesel fix tune. Only Race Chip has answered back just asking for vin and for more info. On most of them I have sent 2 requests but still no answer from anyone.

Nice time @ 6.8 to 60 in real world conditions. I did a 8.02 today, not building boost, on stock tune. Now I have an idea of a target time. I am waiting to hear back from Race Chip, but have 30 days to return if I am not seeing an improvement. I may try and build some boost tomorrow and see how it goes and try some tune settings. It is in the low 80’s here now, warming up.

Nice #s. Would like to go with Malone but still have a lot of warranty. Must be able to take it off to take it in to the dealer if problems.
