2016 E-Hybrid owner here going on 95k miles. No issues whatsoever. Just be diligent with fluid changes (oil, clutch, transfer case) since the car sees more start/stop cycles than an ICE model. Battery degradation seems minimal; when I'm fully charged, I still get the advertised 14 mile EV range with real-world driving and cool weather with no A/C usage. Batteries are definitely underrated compared to my old 2012 Prius Plug-in that was also advertised with a 14 mile EV range, but was only yielding me 8 to 9 miles of real-world driving under the same conditions.

I just picked up a 2016 E-Hybrid under CPO. I haven't had a single problem and if I do, thankfully I have 24 months of CPO protection. Currently just under 90k on the clock. Fingers crossed for a great ownership experience.

Curious how much did you pay including CPO if you don't mind? I'm looking at a 2017 Hybrid with 90k miles w/o CPO for around 28k

May I ask how your driving pattern like? Do you fully charge your car daily and minimal it before engine kick in?

Hard to give a straight answer. I definitely don't drive it like the Prius plug-in I had before, but I also don't drive it as if I were driving an ICE car. I'd say my driving is very "momentum-heavy" going into turns (the fun part) and coasting towards traffic lights. I do charge it every night. I set the charging timer at 5am, so it's fully charged by the time i leave for work at 6am. I also overinflate my tires by about 2-3psi, which is a practice I learned from driving the Prius.
