My PSE button used to function properly , however when I press it now it doesnt light up and I'm almost sure it doesn't open up the valves.

However when i press Sport/Sport+ , thr PSE button lights up and it opens up thr valve , I can tell the sound change in exhaust note.

Is this a busted button although it lights up ? Fuse ? Appreciate any tips.
