Been working at a P2007 code for about a little while trying to figure out what's causing it. I was able to move the actuator by hand so it isn't physically blocked. I was able to pull a vacuum on the hose and there were no leaks. Because there were no leaks and both intake manifolds could be vacuum actuated I don't think it's the solenoid. I'm not getting a P2014 or P2015 for either of the position sensor circuits being bad, but is it possible for the position sensor itself to be bad and not detect the correct position without throwing a P2015?
