Just downloaded and installed the updated Malone stage 2 tune for my 2015 Cayenne.
Cost was $89.90

Just did a quick 10 mile test drive. Very noticeable, almost feels like it is in sport mode when in regular mode. Sport mode hits pretty hard.
Didn't notice any additional smoke. Runs super nice, power delivery does seem smoother.
I feel like it may be idling higher. Looks to be just a hair over 800rpm. I thought it was 650rpm previously.

Initial impression is all good.

Do you mean that it's a more direct throttle response? Or are you meaning the power band?

I'm a local with a '15 on the Malone/Tunezilla stage 2.

I saw some talk about it on the ClubTouareg site. I emailed Malone a couple weeks ago and they said it should be out soon. I checked today on tunezilla and it showed the new numbers.

I would say both. More power and I suppose that is directly related to throttle response.

After I installed the new tune I went for a test drive. My first chance to get into it was to make a light that was turning yellow. Definitely more mid range power.
