Need code assistance- far from help

I’m in northern Newfoundland and just threw code P1552.
2017 Cayenne S. 130,000km. All service is current.
I’m 1200km and a 6h ferry ride from a dealer. I’ve got a cheap obd2 reader, and a few simple hand tools.
Any advice is welcome.

It might indicate bad or shorted Idle Air Control Valve. Check MAF sensor...
