Default Clock second hand replacements?

Yes, I’ve done the search, and found all the old threads, but checking in to see if there is any news on replacement / close enough second hands. I pulled the clock out of my new to me ‘14 CD tonight, but the second hand was curled up in a ball in the bottom. So brittle it dissolved when touched. Minor issue, but bothersome to stare at an empty second hand every day.

If not, I guess I’ll be searching for a lower mileage clock with an intact second hand.

Any new news on this issue?

Apparently my searching wasn’t very good. Mod’s feel free to delete. But for those looking one option for replacement hands can be found in:

Oh but the problem has driven many of us bonkers for years. There are great options at last!

Been there! Based on your search results, i went ahead and compiled the solutions into a separate "DIY" thread (along with links to the original threads from which they were derived). Hopefully the Admins/Mods can add it to the DIY Section for the ease of future searchers. Good luck with your repair!
