I have the same steering wheel as you - question - how do you control the digital screen to the right of the tach since there aren't any buttons...Can't find anything in the PCM menus!

I love the sport design wheel!! I specifically looked for that since the paddles are so much more intuitive to use than buttons. You control the screen with the little stalk behind the steering wheel; up/down to browse through the menus; forward/backwards to drill down or go up a level.

It's that lower stalk that shows "menu/return" that controls the little screen

It's a little odd to not have buttons but I remembered most Porsches use that stalk in some form; even my 996TT has it for its ancient menus haha

Besides the transfer case and the power steering / PDCC pump, what are some known repairs that could approach the value of the vehicle? Thanks.

I was recently in your position. I was leaning towards a Cayenne Twin Turbo, and wound up getting an S from Carmax with the Max Care package. I got less car and didn't get a deal, but I did get peace of mind and the warranty. Within a week of purchase, I needed $9k of labor (timing/valve covers). Fully covered and didn't even start coming out of the Max Care yet. As much as I wanted the TT, I believe I made the right decision. The biggest option I feel I missed out on is the air-ride. I know this doesn't directly answer your question, but maybe this perspective helps or gives you something new to think about.
