Default Transfer case coding with Launch

Hello everyone, it is my first post here - happy to be part of this community.

The transfer case on my 2012 Cayenne S was recently changed with the logical "All Wheel Drive Error" message (C11017 - Control Unit Interchange).
I attempted this with my Launch 919E (bidirectional) and while I can see the new transfer case data (build in Aug.29.2022) while I attempt to register it I am receiving "VIN invalid" message.
The VIN however is correct and found through the autoscan - I can perform other functions with it.

My doubt is that Launch is capable of doing this - can please someone confirm it and if there is a way around?

The Porsche Center is 120km away and I would not like to drive in this limp mode there - the gearbox does not feel healthy.

I updated the firm/software on the Launch x431 and made some further steps. It now asks me about the VIN to code in the transfer case, which I can provide and then I receive a confirmation message.

However the VIN does not seem to be written or accepted afterwards (tried it many times).

I think I am not doing something right here or it there is fault with the function here. The error message is present and cannot be removed of course.

Then (I assume then - after the transfer case coding and not before) I have the option for forced calibration, which requests me to drive below 3kmh and 100NM. Nothing happens there as well although it sends messages as if it is doing something.

I will be grateful is someone could confirm Launch X432 is capable of doing this at all?

Just to finish this post - it is possible to code it with x431, just the option is not straight forward under replacement, but write data.

The car still suffers as before the t-case exchange (misfires) so I am continuing to look for the issues.

If you have "all wheel drive error" come up at start up, 1 big possibility is that you'll need a new tcase module.
I'm not sure now the OP did it but I've tried using Launch 919E (bidirectional) and could not code my VIN. My indi used his PIWIS to code. He's done it twice as my new Tcase module malfunctioned after a couple months.

My driveshaft fell off and now I have the start up error issue after putting it back on. I purchased a new module as well as a pigtail harness waiting to be installed. I see you are local, which local indy shop are you using? Thanks!
