Don16 I think you are confusing 2 different circumstances, the first one where a warning triggers when some conditions are met and goes away by its own, and the second one is when for X reason the radar start getting out of calibration (software related etc etc Dr.G7) and it remains PERMANENTLY on and requesting service but allowing the car to be driven, both of them will show as ACC not available. Driving permitted, Service necessary.
Please do keep us updated. It will be interesting to read the BS line they give you.

I had the dreaded ACC/PAS light and the transmission sounded like it had broken parts clunking around in the transmission if I went more than absolute idle speed. At dealer now waiting on diagnosis.
