I have a 2016 Cayenne S, went to the dealer they said they fixed it and they didn't...Video is attached, I restarted and resetted PCM a bunch times and I still can't select any source as it goes right back to the default option, if anyone knows how to resolve this please let me know!

Hi Yang Tai,

Welcome to the forum. Your 2016 Cayenne is what's called a 958 series - and we have a separate forum for that series. I'm going to move your posting to that forum.

One hint - the vast majority of people will ignore your MOV since it requires downloading it to their PC to view it, I'm ignoring it. Never know if it might be hiding something bad. To get people to view your video I'd suggest uploading it to YouTube and then providing the link to the video in your post here. It will appear here as a video that can be watched in the forum without the need for downloading it.

Hi.
Can you pleyse share what was the solution?
I cheched fuses, did PCM reset, disconnected fuses/battery for hard reset. Nothing helps.
PCM is stuck on AM radio, cannot select other source and there is no audio.

I had an issue recently where the radio had no volume. I fixed it by holding down the info button for 15 seconds. You may have already tried that, just adding another opinion for you.

Did that already (holding info button, then vehicle handover reset).
