My driver side door will not lock work from the fob or locking from driver or passenger door. I can roll down the driver and left passenger window from driver door, but not passenger side. The passenger side door work from their doors. When opening the driver door the lights do not come on In the car. I scanned the car, got error code U019900- communication with door control unit driver.

Do I need to replace the control unit? Why would the window still work if the unit is dead? Any one else had this issue?

what year car? - i haven't had this issue but i'd check the connector in the door jam first - loose? / corrosion?

The car is 2014...

check that connector or the one on the switch itself

popped the switch out and the conector is on tight. I scanned again and got code C12013.

did you look at the connector in the door jamb? - all wires to the door go through that connector - or it could be the wires themselves inside the rubber bellows - check post #8 in this link
