Hi there. I have a 2015 ctt that has a minor issue with the rear hatch. One side closes a little high and the other is a little low. I see the bumpers built into the hatch side and that they have a plastic 24mm piece that can be turned. This seems to have no effect on adjusting the bumper. We’re talking about 1/8” or so I’d like to move each. So, no big deal except I should be able to correct it. How do these bumpers work? Any help or link is appreciated. Still getting used to the car as I just brought it home two days ago.
