Hi. This happens pretty infrequently and I think it may be that I just crammed the equipment under/above the foam cover under the glove box just to see if the thing would work. I haven’t revisited it yet. I really just need to reinstall it better. Maybe the fiber optic cabling connectors are being stressed and causing a bad connection on occasion. So, I haven’t actually fixed it.

i have this same issue once in a blue system error, no amplifier. did you correct your issue? are you still having this problem? what do you recommend?
