Handover worked. Thank You! Only problem is that Aux Bluetooth option is missing. I can’t remember how to re-enable that. If anyone knows how, please share!

Happened to me today in my '15 CD.
Android
No Sirius subscription
Going back into this thread to find the fix.
My guess is this due to a Sirius "push" to our PCM's. If confirmed, I hope PNA holds their freaking feet to the fire over this. I'll take a 12 month free subscription and we'll call it even- ASSUMING I can find a fix that works w/o me going to the dealer. ( if you listen closely, you can almost hear the class-action lawyers gearing up).
UPDATE: I sat idling in my Cayenne for 20 minutes after going through this process. NO RESETS! So I think this does work. NOTE: I too did not need to go through Sirius steps noted at the end:
Wait till reboots and then do the following immediately:
After reboot (I did not complete these steps below, but the fix still seems to have worked).

The Best Porsche Posts for Porsche Enthusiasts
ExploreI had the same thing happen yesterday. I was out near Porsche StL so I stopped in. As soon as I said radio the SA knew right what it was as told me it was the latest Sirius/XM uodate. Porsche and Sirius are aware. He took my info - said they were sending a list to PCNA to keep track of evryone that experienced this to make sure we get taken care of. So you might want to touch base with your local dealer so they can put you on the list.

I followed the instructions as indicated in the above posts (as an example, post #101) and it now appears to work flawlessly. My local Porsche Dealer was clueless as yesterday afternoon I went there to have them do he hard reset on the PCM, but by the time I got there they had a notice from Porsche Corporate that there was an issue and "they were working on a solution" and the SA could not give me any more info including when a solution might be available. Perhaps they should be consulting with Rennlist members because you all know a heck of a lot more than they do. I even mentioned Rennlist to the SA and he pretty much discounted info coming from this forum. Dumb Asshats!
Happened to my wife's CD yesterday. Called my Porsche service advisor and he immediately knew what I called for, I didn't even get the sentence out of my mouth. He walked me thru the procedure, we'll see if it worked today...
Hello,
It was brought to our attention that the PCM keeps rebooting on a number of vehicles at the moment.
Please perform a PCM handover (also known as a PCM hard reset): (Tip: it is a good idea to take a picture of your preset stations prior to performing this reboot)
These instructions can be found in the respective Owner’s Manuals for affected vehicles as well.
*Be aware that hard resetting the PCM will remove all personalized settings and it will be necessary to repair your phone and reset all personal settings.
Sorry for the inconvenience and please let us know if there is anything we can do to help,

Happened on our 2014 CD yesterday. Did the handover reset last night.
one thing that it did do was reboot about 30 seconds after the handover. I thought maybe it hadn't worked, but it worked for about 10 minutes after that and also worked fine for my wife on the way to work today.
