Default Any TC Failures with new GNC Coated Plates

My third TC was installed in my 2016 Cayenne Base in Feb/19 - with the new GNC coated plates. Since then, I have put nearly 20K miles on vehicle - the mileage when the previous two TC's started to fail. So far, my Cayenne is running well - without any TC fluid changes. Has anyone replaced a TC with the new GNC coated plates? Has this new TC case resolved the failure issue?

GNC? Is this the factory upgrade or aftermarket?

Factory replacement TC - they went into service around October 2018. There is Technical Information Service Bulletin dated September 26, 2018 stating "Only modified transfer cases with GNC-coated plates are supplied from now on".

just curious...why don't you replace the TC fluid at every oil change?

Porsche service advisor recommended not changing fluid under warranty. Now that I am out of warranty, I will start changing fluid every other oil change.

Is there any explanation of how GNC plates differ from the ones that came with the cars?

There another revision to clutches - came out at end of 2019 - the "diamond clutch" and just like all of half a dozen of fixes before it - supposed to be the one that doesn't break.
