Scoured internet and found this:
The master mechanic told me to open the oil cap and smell it to see if it smelled of gasoline. He said that one of the high-pressure fuel pumps could be leaking, causing fuel to drip into the cylinder head and dilute the engine oil, which would prevent the camshaft phaser from working properly.
It's an interesting theory. Change the oil first. Then the errors should be cleared and observe how the car behaves when accelerating and whether the error messages only reappear after 30-40 kilometers, or immediately afterwards. If the driving style is OK and the CEL comes on first, as he said, then it's the high-pressure fuel pump.

A leaking injector... sure... but a high pressure fuel pump?
