Just wanted to thank you all for this very informative forum. I've been lurking here for quite a while in anticipation of finally getting back into a Cayenne.
Just picked up (for my wife, I will adopt her S4 and eventually get a new sedan, which is my preferred car body style) a CPO '15 CTT, white on black, 21's. Dealer did 4 new tires, new pads/rotors all around and it's got just over 24k on the clock. My wife is having the wheels powder coated gloss black (I know, kind of a shame to do to factory wheels, but...), so it should turn out nicely. Very excited!
great pickup! hopefully the transfer case or oil have been replaced.
Thanks !
It did have the 10k, 20k, 30k services done at the dealer, but don't believe the TC fluid is part of those ?
Been reading alot about the TC issues. Is the fluid just something I should go ahead and replace now ? It's under warranty until 09/2021 but I certainly don't want to set myself for issues after that.

She's a beauty - but I'm biased as I also just purchased a '15 Cayenne Turbo a month ago - carrera metallic white exterior with 2 tone brown & cream interior. I wasn't aware of transfer case issues and I only have 4 months of warranty left so looking forward to replies from the above poster, also.
I'd just do the fluid. It's cheap and probably will help avoid problems. I like your wife's taste - looks a lot like my '11 CTT (white with gloss black-trim exterior package)
Beautiful. I agree with Deil, do the TC fluid and while your at it do the front and rear differential fluid.
...and if you do replace the rear differential fluid pay attention to whether or not yours has the Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV) option. There's a different fluid for PTV versus standard rear diffs in these things.
