a few weeks ago i replaced the door courtesy lights with these porsche puddle lights - they reflect the porsche logo on the ground when the door is opened. (must be dark /night ).very sharp and detailed image with good color. easy install, just pry out original and plug these in. they require a little filing of the upper prongs/clips . some reviews on amazon say they won't stay in but a little filing does the trick. i put them on all 4 doors. only $17.99 for a pair. the spots in the picture are from my floor.
Though I'd not be a prospect, I love these little known mods and tweaks. Very cool you found that, and even cooler that today's technology can do this so reasonably. Fun find!

the dimensions of the projected logo are 15" x 11". very sharp image -notice how "stuttgart " shows up. if this were a "PORSCHE EXCLUSIVE MANUFAKTURE" option - cost would be $$$$.
that doesn't make it any better in my opinion. I guess I just don't see the purpose of such emblems
well thankfully we are all a little different , some like big "carrera "or "porsche " scripts on the sides of their cars , others (myself ) have deleted "porsche cayenne" from the tailgate etc. .
In prior reports on these lights - a rather short life was a problem with the logo eventually fading away - so save the lights you took out. You possibly will need them.

don, unfortunately i save everything - can't find anything !
Not sure if you knew this, people pay thousands on random luxury vehicles to have floor logo emblems like that.
I think it's pretty cool
and we should all do what "people" with random "luxury vehicles" do on instagram because no idea is Tacky or cheesy as long as a lot of others are also doing it?
