Pennzoil Platinum Euro LX 0W-30?
This is the oil for the 3.6 and maybe the diesel. It's C30 and VW 504.00/507.00 certified. Does anyone have any experience with it? The spec sheet is here. It's a re-branded Shell oil.
Looking at the specs, it seems very well suited for low temperatures and it gets pretty cold where I am.
It's on sale at Canadian Tire in Ontario until the end of today for $31.
I'm running Motul Xclean+ 5W-30 now (it's C30 also) and it's been stellar, zero need for top ups, but it's pain to find and it's super expensive.

I just realized the manual specifically says 5W-30 and nothing else and yet that oil is still C30.

Oh, good, mine is a 2011. Thanks, I'll think I'll try it for the winter. I'll send a sample for an analysis in the spring and post the results.

This is a report for the Motul Xclean+ C3 5W-30, if anyone is curious. Pennzoil is coming in the spring.

I just switched 2 weeks ago to 0W30 euro LX Pennzoil from the 5w30 M1 ESP and the difference is like day and night. Engine is running less noisy and very smooth. On highway 110 km/h (68 mph) I made 7,7 l/100 km (30,5 mpg) I never made that before with Cayenne 3.6L base. C30 Porsche approved and Viscosity index is 204. The shop ordered a 22,7L (6 gallon) box for me and good for 3 oil change.

Porsche Cayenne (958) V6 M55.02 engine 3.6L is on the C30 oïl list like the diesel.* All other Cayenne engine are on the A40 oïl list.* In my old 3.2 V6 (955) I was using M1 0W40 without any issue but dealer told me to follow recommandation from manufacturer.* What impressed me is the Viscosity Index (VI) The old M1 0W40 was 186, the new M1 ESP 5W30 is 165 (probably low SAPS) and the Pennzoil Euro LX C2/C3 0W30 have an impressive VI of 204 !!!* The retailer told me is the same product as European Shell Helix 0W30…. Pennzoil Euro LX…Shell Helix… Cannot be more evident.* Bottom line since 2 weeks, I have a quiet engine and much more fuel efficient….*

Yes, the Motul C3 did really well. It stayed at the top bar for almost 6500 km, no top up! I'm Ontario BTW, I can get the Pennzoil in Canadian Tire (almost like a corner store around here). Motul is much harder to get.
I have a similar thing to report about the Pennzoil as Cayenne69. The engine definitely has less mechanical noise. I can't attest for the fuel economy yet as the weather here has been complete garbage, everyone is just crawling.

For what it's worth, folks over at one of the Ram truck forums love Pennzoil Ultra Platinum (or PUP, as the oil geeks call it) for eliminating the dreaded Hemi tick. Apparently, PUP in a 30 weight really quietens down the 5.7 valvetrain; Ram oddly specs a 20 weight, leading many to believe it's part of the problem. My DD, a '16 Rebel, never had any ticking noise, but I went synthetic anyway at the 30K OCI just in case. Instead of PUP, I chose Quaker State Ultra Durability 5W-30 because it's readily available (at the local Walmart a mile down the road), unlike PUP, and got good reviews; my mill likes it fine! If we still have my wife's '14 S beyond the CPO period, I may switch to QSUD for that motor, too.
