2016 CTT PCM fuse location ?

Looking for the PCM fuse in the online manual, no luck just one reference to the right side fuse box on location # 51 but tagged with (Japan)

Not sure what you mean by "Japan" - but the wiring diagram power distribution diagram shows #51 in the right side fuse box as the power source to the PCM.
What does "(Japan)" mean - is that marked on the reference? I suspect you can ignore it if you have a left-hand-drive Cayenne

was just looking online, as you can see there is (Japan) word on the same line as the fuse number location so was not sure.
I need to remove the PCM without disconnecting the battery, going through installing carplay interface as in here
