That color is stunning! Great car and nice job with the detailing.

Completed a hardwire installation of my V1 Gen 2 and FullColorDisplay. V1 is tucked up against the headliner to the right of the mirror, using a semi-permanent stick on windshield mount. Wiring runs down to fuse box on left side, along the A pillar, all tucked in behind the trim (mind the airbag!). Display is at the bottom, right side of instrument cluster, stuck there using high strength velcro. I used an Add-a-Fuse in an empty (powered) location.

I forgot to install the separate mute button on the washer stalk...may pop off the fuse box cover and take care of that this weekend...

Practiced the install on my wife's Q7, with almost the same configuration. Nice to get the wires out of sight...the install on the Q7 has been long overdue...

I have to say...it was easier running the wire to the fuse box than taking the overhead console apart!

Next up...paint correction and full detailing...but a stack of mahogany decking in the side yard has higher priority...

...oh, and I've got a CarPlay system inbound from Nick...

Stock wheels

New wheels
big time improvement for me.

Default Pedal Commander Fitted

Have to admit it had transformed the pedal response ..

I was really disappointed with the slow kick having come from an X5 40d ..

Now this car reacts the way I would expect 🙏

Wow, the marketing materials sounds great. Save fuel, instant acceleration, quick response…does it really work? Can you tell me a little bit more about it?

Hmmm really? It doesn’t hurt the vehicle at all?

I'm sure this just increases the drive by wire signal, as if you are spring the pedal harder. Thus it should use more gas. I just drive in sport all the time.

Me too. Just read some reviews too. Sounds too good to be true. I don’t think it would meet my expectations unfortunately.

So you are the sole 100% owner? JK.

Andy, I believe you. I know why you did it but I am a skeptic by nature. Thanks for sharing!
