I think that's the problem most people encounter, when you enable DRL from factory menu, all the lights turn on no matter it's dark or light outside. That's why we need to find the code, if there's actually one, to just turn on the front parking light every time you turn on the car, and when it's dark out, the headlight and rear light turns on. I might just rewire the front parking light to the acc power to turn it on no matter what, might be easier than to scan the module for the right code.

Lupo was going to help me out with his wife's car, but that grenaded and I did not want to bother him with my small issue compared to his!

I need the comfort module, I think it is the electrical one on durametric, but it is long coding and durametric does not support it.

To fix your problem lupo, you need a vag-com. Do you have access to one of those?

Once I had that I was able to change the coding to the correct settings that the durametric can not do.
