It means you have an '06 "Titanium" edition. Came in 4 colors, usually has two-tone upholstery, and the PCM was standard equipment, along with a few other things, including the door-sill plates that tell you it's a Tit/S edition.

It was putting lipstick on the pig to clear out the '06 ones when the '08's were starting production. Most Tit/S were actually manufactured around 10/06 or so - which normally would have made them an '07 model in US car-years, but we know there was no '07 Cayenne..
